I needed a lightweight rain jacket and I found this one at a very reasonable price - .99! I read other reviews and was conflicted on the size to order because I could not find a sizing guide. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly! It is slim through the hips. I wear a size 10 pants and I have a little extra room. I would suggest a large size for ladies over a pant size 12.
